MARYLAND CREAM OF CRAB SOUP
My mother, Baltimore native Donna Davis, created this rich and silky cream of crab soup. The sad irony is that in her 50s she developed a severe shellfish and red pepper allergy. Still, she makes it every Christmas Eve for the family, cooking by smell and memory. Tags: dinner, recipes, soup
